SHIPPING COSTS AND SCHEDULE
Shipping cost is calculated using the USPS Rate Calculator and is based on the total weight of the package and destination as it is shipped from the Zip Code 97635.
All orders will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If for some reason your order is delayed, you will be notified by e-mail.

RETURNS ON RETAIL ORDERS
We are unable to accept RETAIL order returns of our products once they leave our facility. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot take a risk of contamination or storage abuse, nor would we be able to sell them to another customer and still guarantee purity of our products.
DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If our products are defective in some way due to damage sustained in shipping, save all the shipping materials and do not use the product.
Please contact us so we can report the damage to USPS. Be sure to always inspect the packages at the time of receipt. If you receive a package that has been damaged, make sure you report this to your carrier.
If we do need to authorize a return for any reason, please make sure the items are packed in the original manner so damage does not occur. If there is damage due to inadequate packaging during the return process, no credit will be issued.
